The IEEE branch at our university consists of six societies: RAS, CS, JOINT (PES and IAS), COMSOC, WIE, and SIGHT. I am responsible for managing Member Development across these societies to enhance our branch and support the growth of its members.

I was responsible for members development in the Robotics and Automation Society, where I led numerous projects, workshops, and technical camps. Along with my fellow members, I helped build a system that motivates members to develop their skills.
